    Spring Creek Dispersed Sites

Great free spot to spend the night, good Verizon service

We took the first spot, which was an easy pull through with a primo level parking spot right by a fire pit and a great spot to sit and watch the sunset and fireflies. Good swimming, too. Very quiet and private. Verizon coverage was good! Bonus: check out the Augusta Metcalfe museum just down the road (free) for some awesome frontier paintings and history!

    Route 66 RV Park

    Clean and pleasant

Although our lot which was in a concrete pad was not level, everything else we used was good. We had full hookups for a reasonable price especially with AAA discount. Seemed a little out of the way but worth it. We needed to stop somewhere to get something mg for the RV and happened on the park manager. She was personable and helpful. She recommended Braum’s ice cream shop and diner. Only an 8 minute walk away; it was a quaint place to visit.

    Atchley's Route 66 RV Park

    Clean, Quiet, Overnight stay

We stayed one night and it was great. Right off I-40 but surprisingly quiet. Area is very clean and owner is very nice and helpful. We pulled in to take a look after a long day and called and she told us which spots were available (you can see on the website too and book there). Definitely would stay again.

    Wanderlust Crossings RV Park

Semi-ridiculous luxury just off the mother road

This is a very nice, almost overbuilt rv park with landscaping, water features, pull throughs and sprinklers. We needed close to rt. 66, it was very nice. Incredible bathrooms.

    Skipout Campground

Drove a long way for nothing!

While this place is good for a person to sleep and leave, it's set up poorly. No rules. No level or close to level spots! Definitely not good for disabled people! You have to carry water over 40 feet!

Great Plains State Park Dispersed Campsite

    Beautiful location

Beautiful water & mountain views. Entry way definitely makes it secluded & could use a machete trim as branches were unkind to our vehicle & small camper. Advise to only come by 4 wheel drive as a few trenches & soft surface at site.

Spring Creek Lake Recreation Area Oklahoma - Dispersed Camping

    Nice little campground USDA

Nice little place and the roads are decent to get here. In April I have the place to myself. Paved lot with pit toilet. A few shelters with picnic tables and fire rings. A couple of fresh water spigots and a dumpster. Boat launch is in the parking lot. Its a small lake but its good enough for a little kayaking and fishing. Everything you need to hang out for a week or two.
