Very very secluded. We had a great weekend, but the ticks are crazy in NJ. Even with 100% deet spray, we still had at least 2 on each person.

The hostess was very friendly and helpful. Our site was a big pull through site. Unfortunately, the bathhouse near our site had no hot water, but they were working on it, so I’m sure it won’t be for long. Well stocked store. It was our very first camping day. We are newbies, so can’t compare it,…
Very Rustic family own/run place. From the time we arrived to when we left, the staff was GREAT! Very polite, courteous and helpful! Sites are a bit small for lg. rigs but we managed. Roads are a bit tight to maneuver as well. Multiple sites for tents and smaller units. Many larger site are taken…
Good fishing and nice trails Nice campsites, some big enough for trailers. Bathrooms were very clean

It a nice campsite, not as private as I would like but very well kept. They had canoe and kayak rentals at the lake. Some very easy trails for kids

Love the place, but their wi-fi is awful.
4½ Stars Quick Weekend Getaway
We stayed at Butterfly Camping Resort in Jackson, New Jersey, for a 2-night weekend in late-August. We’re so glad we did!
Our site(#90) was a level pull-thru with 50-amp electric, water, sewer, and cable. It was roomy, shady, and easy to pull in and out.…
The Sea Pirate is in a convenient location to LBI. We wanted to like it here, but the bugs were just unbearable day & night. You couldn't even sit outside by the fire. Even walking the dog was a challenge.
I have been camping for years and I have never experienced mosquitoes & flys like…
Very clean and friendly staff! We cant wait to return, not far from LBI❤️
Very nice place to camp. Always clean.
Nice old place. Too hot to enjoy.
We stayed at Baker’s Acres Campground in Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey, for a weekend in mid-August. So did the rains of Hurricane Henri!
Our site(#Zoo-1) was a level back-in with 50-amp electric, water, sewer, and cable. It was easy to pull in and accommodates larger rigs. The hook-ups…

Our tent site was on a slope, and completely flooded the fire ring when it rained. The fire ring was also missing the grilling grate so we couldn’t cook on it. Most of the showers in the bath houses were broken and you have to pay for them so bring your quarters! All the drink machines were busted…

Sun outdoors was very quiet. Many full timers.
