Spacious beautiful campground

The other reviewer‘s only took pictures of the lake. The campground is not right on the lake but very close. It is a beautiful campground with spacious spots. It looks like half of the spots are first come first serve which was a lifesaver during a busy weekend. Nearby dump Station is five dollars.…

Rexford Bench

Nice bathrooms! Long, wide, level back in sites. Lots of RV's at this campground. Sites are nicely spaced out and was quiet at night.

Fish Creek Campground

We stayed in C loop site 98 and B loop 82. Both spots had picnic table and fire grills. They were pull through spots. B loop site was a little small but worked for us since we only put up one tent. The bear vaults are shared. First night was totally full from neighboring site. Easy walk to lake.…

Secret campground on Flathead Lake

I lucked into this site due to the local state parks being booked up and the friendly advice of a campground host. This is a private, tribal run campground about half way up the eastern shore of Flathead Lake. This well run and clean campground has lots to offer- separate dry sites from RV hook up…

Great camping on Flathead Lake

I lucked into this campground thanks to a packed state park campground. On the advice of the campground host at the state run site, I drove up the road to find this tribal owned and run campground. The staff is wonderful, and the campground is clean and well taken care of. My site is right on the…

Gorgeous lake views

These grounds are 5 stars in my heart, but I know other people will take the condition of the restroom more seriously (I was just grateful it existed!). It’s a super old pit toilet with quite the stench. Not a huge deal, you get used to it. Aside from that, awesome grounds! Sites are well…

Nice campsite, but REF was nicer

This is a nice campsite with views of the lake (obstructed by trees but you can walk up for an unobstructed view). It’s a mile further out than REF if coming from St Mary’s Lake (but also a mile closer to triple divide pass). Nice outhouse that is WAY cleaner and newer than REF. Some sites had a…

Great sites, good location

Fish Creek campground within Glacier National Park is a great place to stay on the west side of the park. It’s within a short walk to beautiful Lake McDonald. There are no electrical or water hookups available, but there is a dump station on the way out. The bathrooms have clean flush toilets and…

Freedom to roam

My wife and I headed to Montana on a whim. We knew it would be difficult to find a campsite just for one night. After, many calls, Dennis had a single night availability. This place is beyond my expectations. It’s beautiful and rugged with touches of convenience like well placed toilets.

Family friendly, not really “camping”

If you’re looking for family friendly, this is your spot. Lots of kids activities. Free breakfast. Washrooms, showers and laundry facility available. Scenically, it’s not very pretty. Sites are very close together with little privacy. Our spot was so small we couldn’t fit our tent, picnic table and…

Beautiful views

Enjoyed our time by the river with great views of the mountains. Managers were super nice and got us some extra days. Shower rooms were clean and well kept. Older park where some sites are a bit tight with trees, but so much nicer than a parking lot campground! Would come back.

Clean, nice creek that runs through

We tent camped. There are many campsites available, just have to drive on a long gravel road to get there. No running water except a pump from the creek. 2 vault toilets. Deer were roaming the campsites all evening, very cool.
