Spacious Skies Minute Man Campground features pet-friendly accommodations for tent campers, RV travelers, and cabin guests near Fayville, Massachusetts. Circle Campground Farm, Normandy Farms Campground, and Hanscom AFB FamCamp also welcome pets with designated areas for walking dogs. Most campgrounds require pets to remain on leash throughout the property, with clean-up expected by owners. Normandy Farms offers more extensive pet amenities including a fenced area for off-leash play. Campsites generally provide fire rings, picnic tables, and access to clean shower facilities. The sites at Circle Campground Farm feel spacious and private despite being relatively close to neighboring campers, offering a sense of seclusion while camping with dogs.
Hiking trails accessible from several campgrounds provide exercise opportunities for dogs and their owners, with the Minute Man National Park trails located near Hanscom AFB FamCamp being particularly popular for dog walking. Most campgrounds enforce quiet hours to minimize barking disturbances to other guests. When exploring the region with pets, Concord and Lexington's historical sites are nearby with some outdoor areas permitting leashed dogs. Weather considerations include summer humidity that can be uncomfortable for pets, so camping in spring or fall offers more moderate temperatures. Campground bathhouses provide clean facilities with hot water, important for longer stays with pets. Military families utilizing Hanscom AFB FamCamp appreciate the peaceful wooded setting despite proximity to the air base, providing a quiet retreat for both pets and owners.

We chose this spot for a family weekend. Sites are spacious. Water from nearby facet. Because it was local and had history behind it. Rhe campground is within a state park and is built on a old military base. You can still see some bunkers with their vents all around the campground. Blue Mountain spring water can be found right near campground for some refreshing water. We brought our chow chows and their was a great harbor side dog park a short drive away along with some swimming. I would visit again.
Quaint little campground. Not many tenting sites but along a beautiful lake. Pets allowed. Bathrooms close by 10, something to keep in mind. And they’re cash or check only! Taylor Pond is not far and a great hike to bring both kids and pets. This campground was perfect for us and our dog. Bring your own kayaks or use the campgrounds free of charge.
Site was level, staff was awesome. They do have a dog park and plenty of things to do. Didn't like that you have to pay for hot water though.
First things first- no bugs!! That’s right I didn’t know what I was missing till I notice I wasn’t getting bit alive by mosquitoes!!! They spray for them!!! So you can enjoy the outside without the pesky bites that come with camping!
Then of course there is the luxury of having two pools, a ton of fun activities for kids, (fishing , dog park, horseshoes, tennis, basketball, etc)! It’s probably my favorite spot in New England merely for all the luxuries that come with this site!!!
Plus you are close to Gillette and shopping!! Can get better then that!
I’ve been coming here with my family for years and it’s always a great time. Very clean camp sites, bathrooms and showers, roads, and playgrounds...all public areas are immaculate. Lots of activities for kids, teens, and adults. Great dog park. Sites are large and level and free from low hanging branches. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Normandy Farms Campground. You won’t be disappointed.
The sites are pretty close and some are not level. It seems that many sites have more than one vehicle at them, making it more congested. The Highlands area is much quieter. Decent dog park & common play areas (horseshoes, ladder ball, cornhole, basketball). Lots for kids to do. We went to Plimoth Plantation about 20 min away but not much else in the area. Management & employees are friendly & helpful.
Beautiful clean campground! Great for kids and pets. We love taking the dog to the dog beach for a swim.
Camp store is great, fun fishing on the lake and tons of activities for the kids.
There is NOTHING you could want and not have at this campground/RV resort! The family that runs it are at it 24/7 so you have the time of your life. Many pools and one is adults only, there are all kinds of activities every weekend day. Ball field, dog park, it has every thing including smiles!! I actually store my rig here so I see the cleanliness of this park and the care that goes out to all campers!!
