ScoutGreat for kids and dogs!! Spots are a little hard to find if you aren’t familiar, and there is no septic at each site, but other than that, it’s exactly what you’d expect. Long term and by night rentals. Food trucks on bigger holidays!

We stayed in site 8 and it was one of the few sites that did not have much shade cover but other wise no complaints! Bathrooms were clean and maintained!
ScoutWe were in Damascus for the Appalachian Trail Days Festival and needed an RV spot but didn’t think we could get one because we were so late in looking for one. We didn’t realize that this place had pretty much washed away in the flood that hit in September of 2024, but they’d been working hard to get it back up and going again! Very nice owner, right next to the creek, and a wonderful town to visit!
GuideLocated not too far from I-81, easy to get to. This CG does a lot of overnight business, there is a parade of campers arriving from mid afternoon to after dark. In the morning there is a gradual exodus. Sites are mostly level, hookups are convenient. Located adjacent to a sheep and cow ranch. You can hear almost constant road noise if you are outside, not too much inside the your camper. There is a pool but it was closed when we were there. Staff are helpful. Restrooms are clean. CG has a laundry.
We stayed there twice on the same trip (April 2025), once going then returning. We would stay there again.
TravelerWonderful park for pretty much everything from zip line to water park, and to some of the most gorgeous trails in the region. The campground was extremely clean including bathrooms and showers that are immaculate. There are tons of sites to accommodate pretty much any rig. Nice camp store with firewood and propane refill. Most site are full hookup, but not all.

TravelerCoordinates take you right to the site and there’s a small gravel road you can pull into. The campsite is directly off the forest road, maybe 20 feet. It’s a nice spot with some flat areas to put a tent if you don’t mind being close to the road.
Right across the road there’s actually a second road that goes into the forest on the opposite site. Buddy and I actually set up our tent over there instead, as it was more in the tree line, a bit more protected, and farther back from the road. Had a nice night and no one bothered us. Absolutely no verizon service.
TravelerThis is a small campsite that I believe is on hunting land. You pass a sign going in toward it that states as much. There are two private properties on the road, and you basically just follow it back until you get to this clearing. Pretty large clearing to set up a tent or tents. It is very secluded from people, but no tree line or anything to camp in. All in all it’s a nice site. Absolutely no verizon service a the site.
TravelerGood morning ! Rolled up late 1am thru the forest to sleep … 6am woke up to watch the sunrise and there rolled the mountains . Great view but the drive in is a bumpy rock terrain so some clearance is a must .
