Great Campsites, Swimming & Hot Tub was Awesome. Friendly Staff

Small, well equipped with tidy, well adorned sites. Lots of shade. Pasture adjoining sites with bison, cows, and horses just feet from us. A pool/hot tub would be 5 star.

Save your money and skip the cabins. Dated and dirty. The owner would not acknowledge the fact that the cabin was dirty and said her housekeeper doesn’t make mistakes. Did not offer to send someone over to clean it properly. Did not want to see pictures of the dirty cabin. Did not offer to compensate us in any way.

In addition, the laundry room near the cabins had dirty smelly washers full of dog hair and dryers with dead bugs in them.

Very quiet, far enough off the road to not have road noise. Pool and jacuzzi, little bit of shade. The grass is nice and well maintained. The town has a grocery and a pizza place, nothing special.

The campground is small and eclectic. Vintage busses built into cabins, and hot spring with paid admission. Challenging to level larger rig.

Hook up, good amenities, close to the national park. We had a nice grassy site between cabins. Overall a good RV park.

Perfect size park with full hookups for RVs as well as cabins for rent. Very clean, and has bathrooms with showers. Easy access to Capital Reef National Park. Would definitively come again.

Mystic Hot Springs is a great place to camp and feel luxurious! There’s a cute little gift shop with restrooms and cabins are available to reserve. The springs are great even on hot days, and shade is easy to find.

We were on our way to four corners and have been camping on public land most of the time. When driving through town we saw their sign “cabins $50”. Very cool place, great vibe, the owner is very friendly. The pizza down the road is an added bonus.

This is our favorite place to stay when visiting the Capitol Reef area! We have been here a few times now and keep coming back! The views of the canyons are breathtaking and very close to downtown Torrey. The sites are well maintained and groomed daily, as well as clean. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Some of the sites along the back near the fence are a bit tight, however the pull throughs are spacious. We have also stayed in the cabins before and are cute and roomy with nice private back “yards” and front porches with chairs. The pool area is a bit small for the size of the campground and could use some upkeep, however still enjoyable. The gift shop is a must see and the best one near Capitol Reef! There are many clothes, trinkets, Native American decor, and camping supplies to choose from. There is now a grille however it is expensive. Sites are gravel with some full hookup and other partial hookup. It was a bit noisy due to the campground being full and the sites are somewhat close together and close to the cabins. The campground could use some more room as they have tried to fit a lot of sites and amenities into a “smaller” campground. The views are truly breathtaking and easy access to hiking trails, OHV trails. This is a must visit campground if you are looking to take in the beauty of the colorful Utah canyons!

This is a great little park with beautiful views and lots to do in the area. There is a restaurant on site, small park for the kids, basketball court and dog walk area. The sites are very close no privacy. There are two styles ld cabins. They sell wood and propane by the tank they do not fill tanks.

Danny and his crew were lovely. We had been on the road for a while and booked a spot a few hours before we arrived. They took great care of us. We were going to pitch a tent but it was so late we got a cabin instead. We were right next to the river. Super grateful for the wonderful night sleep before hitting the road again. Highly recommend

I'll keep this short, but suffice it to say this place should be on your bucket list! If you're on The Dyrt, you probably aren't afraid of campfire smoke, bugs, or... well... dirt. So if that's the case this place is definitely for you. You can camp, park an RV, or rent a bus that toured with the Grateful Dead. (Allegedly). They also have little cabins and trailer homes you can rent as well. Amazing soaking and star gazing, and surprisingly easy soaking. Maybe I just got lucky!

First of all staff is amazing, so friendly and consistent maintenance routines (not annoying though).

Sites are all gravel with a little grass patch, pull through sites could fit two side by side. All sites seemed to have a table and fire ring. The views on the north and east were stunning, North was all back in and East had some pull through spots, aim for these if you can. They also have tent and cabin sites available.

Facilities were very clean. Office/general store was nice, all the basics; food, ice, wood and souvenirs. Pool is small but well kept. There is a large park area in the center with a playground and volleyball court. Super kid friendly. Bathroom/shower were very clean, a little reminiscent of my scouting days though having plywood doors and gate hinges, does the job though.

Only bad things I can say is that it’s not walking distance to town and no adult beverages sold. Plan ahead and that should not be a problem.

I will definitely stay here again given the chance.

An awesome getaway. Loved every moment we spent there. Beautiful views with great places for photo opportunities!

No room in RV site for tent so moved to grassy tent site. Most sites appear to be occupied by long term rentals. Host was very friendly and helpful in accommodating my needs.

General: A mix of FHU (most pull-thru but a few back-in), two tent areas, and three cabins. 

Site Quality: All sites are level and gravel. Some sites have a brick patio that the picnic table sits on. As would be expected in an RV park, there is minimal separation between sites, however, when we were there on a weeknight in November, it was only about 25% full so it was not a problem. 

Bath/Shower House: As we’ve come to expect in KOAs, the bathrooms and showers were very clean with soap and paper towels. 

Activities/Amenities: The pool was closed for the season when we were there. There is a nice play structure, a basketball court, and a few other outdoor games. Amenities include a pool table, laundry facility ($2 each for wash and dry), fish cleaning station, pet area, and a small store open during business hours (9-5). The dishwashing sink appeared to be closed, perhaps for the season. There is free coffee in the morning. 

This was just an overnight for us as we continued to head home after three months on the road so we were not looking for activities or amenities but appreciated that it was quiet.
