GuideThis campground was exactly what I was looking for, a quiet campground with a large campsite. I have very few complaints. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and enjoyed our time there. Even with the holiday weekend, the campground was very quiet. Our site was lakeside and was probably the largest campsite I ever stayed in. Some areas where not as big, especially the pull through sites toward the front, but most of the sites on the back side were large. Most sites looked pretty level. Ours sloped up toward the road, but our trailer was not log enough for it to be an issue. The road are mostly dirt and dusty, but didn't bother me. I Site was large enough that there wasn't dust blowing and the traffic was pretty minimal. t was worse when it rained and everything was muddy when we were trying to leave. There are some seasonal campers with golf carts, but It wasn't overwhelming and we didn't feel like we were invading a private neighborhood. The larger lake was bigger than I anticipated and was big enough to paddleboard/kayak on. The pool as fine, nothing special, but good enough for a quick dip. We didn't' use the swimming lake, but it had a sand beach. The location is about 30 minutes from Geneva on the Lake. There are several wineries about 15-20 min away that we visited. My biggest complaint I had was the firewood rule. As another reviewer mentioned, they don't allow outside firewood and your have to pay$12 a bundle for theirs. This adds some cost to the stay, thought I'm not sure how much they enforce it. We saw some rather large fires going around the campground and I doubt they were burning that much wood at$12 a bundle. The other rules were reasonable and I think making people acknowledge them at booking and checking in reinforces it. It is nice to not have to hear your neighbor 3 sites away playing music at 10:00 at night. No sewer hookups that I saw, but the bathroom was clean. Only one main bathhouse with some port-johns in the back areas. Overall, we were happy and would consider going back.

We spent the next two days exploring the park and riding our bikes. There is a very quaint little “beach” town, Geneva on the Lake, that was within pedaling distance. We rode our bikes to town one night for dinner and ate outside at Eddie‘s Diner.
RangerThis campground is near access to Lake Erie, which was very nice! The campground has nice spots, but they aren’t very secluded/private. The campground has bathrooms and showers. Geneva on the lake is a short drive away and was a cute little town to visit!

Most of the tent sites (there are only a few), are pretty uneven. But the views are incredible! You are just a stones throw away from Lake Erie, a boat launch, and a private beach. There’s no lifeguard on duty, so it’s definitely everything “at your own risk.“
Quick tip: make time to swing by the nearby town Geneva on the Lake.  plenty of touristy kind of stuff for those interested!
TravelerThis campground is a Coast to Coast property with many things to offer. The people that work at the campground are awesome and do many activities with the kids. If you have the opportunity to check this campground, it is close to many wineries, Geneva on the lake, and Pyamatuning lake.
TravelerAs newbies to all things RV, we needed a place in Ohio to break in our new travel trailer. Indian Creek is family and pet friendly with all the amenities and even a great lookout spot across the street where you can take in a Lake Erie sunset. We loved the clean bathrooms and appreciated the staff's effort to maintain services while encouraging social distancing. All of their COVID-19 policies were well spelled out online and in signage across the resort so that you knew what to expect. All of the staff wore masks and bathrooms were cleaned often. Some of their usual events and programs were unavailable but they offered craft kits for children to pick up and do at their own campsite in lieu of the usual program. We enjoyed their beautiful put-put course and ice cream stand. They did not allow outside visitors in the resort. The only thing that threw us off was that the bathhouses were closed at night and we didn't know that until we tried to use them. The resort is expanding and adding new sites. They are planting lots of trees (it looked like one at each site) so the resort should become more park-like and less parking lot as they grow. We really liked the back-in sites with water and electric hookups because they were larger and more private and wooded. The fire ring was so easy to cook on that now I'm spoiled! The camp store/gas station was convenient and well stocked with camping supplies. Golf carts are available to rent if you need them to navigate this huge park. We rode our bikes instead. There is a township park just down the road towards Geneva-on-the-Lake proper that we used to spend some leisure and exercise time near the lake. We look forward to visiting this RV resort again in the future!
