This desert themed campground is located in the southwest portion of the Sonoran Desert. It is a pet-friendly campground. There are beautiful panoramic views of the desert and lots to do nearby. There is 4-wheeling opportunity, the chance to see the mighty saguaro cacti, rock hounding, and wild life viewing, like road runners and quail. At 3 Dreamers RV Park, there are low rates year round and it is conveniently located off Highway 60, but still offers a quiet atmosphere. Stop by and enjoy a desert vacation!

Wonderful off grid sites. There is so many places out here to camp and as far as i can tell some people are living out there. its very peaceful at night and very Dark for looking at the stars. wild life is everywhere and so many donkeys. There are still some old cowboys around on horse getting cattle. On the weekends its a SxS mall out there, i was there for 14 days and on the weekends there was about 50 to 60 SxS out and about. many many trails. very dry and clean, not a lot of trash and i did not smell or see anything.

From Parker all the way to I-40, you have large graded areas that have an RV, Toy Hauler, or 5th wheel trailer parked about every 300 ft. Some vans mixed in there too. Like a really big dirt parking lot overlooking the river. I guess it is disbursed "camping" but you are not communing with nature or anything. I live a few hours away and just wanted to see what the area was about. I decided that the camping experience wasn't for me and came back home.

Very nice State Park campground. Sites are spaced far apart. Nice rangers and volunteers. Clean all around; two shower areas, two beaches, one dogs can go on. Lots of grassy areas for playing, or dog walking.
I would give the park 5 stars except for one think. Wow, the water really tastes bad. They are apparently not of city water.
You will be happy staying here.

Camping is what you expect in the dessert. There is a place for drinking water and dumps. However.... We arrived to the rudest, most obnoxious attendant when we tried to check it. MAKE SURE you arrive with a Printed (phone QR code) not good enough. If you need to get a printout of your online payment, you will have to drive to Luv's truck stop and ask the service desk- you email them your online payment and they print it out for$2. But wait there is more. I went back and the un-nice ranger lady now told me I have to go 2 miles down to Tyson Wash with my new printed info and get them to issue my stickers and paper receipt. So, why can't they just scan your QR code from your phone at ever campground in the complex and register you? Hey, just like getting on an airplane, going to the movies, boarding a train, or visiting a museum......

Stopped here for an overnight. Mostly snowbirds who looked settled in for the winter. A few sites along the river with cabanas. Sites have water and electric, but no sewer. A little cramped and not private at all, but are pretty long for pull throughs. There are private RV parks on both sides of it that have restaurant/bars on the water that you can walk to which is a great feature. Great location.
Only gave it 4 stars not 5 because it has "government park" qualities, but is a great place for the price.

Right off Palm Canyon road. Lots of flat spots to choose from. Our low clearance 2WD had no problem. Some traffic heading to Palm Canyon trail but not too bad and just during the day.
TravelerPros: The views are absolutely beautiful, sites are spaced out, quiet and clean, most roads almost any car can make it there are a few that requires a truck.
Cons: Flies are horrendous out here, no matter what you try to do to keep them away or out it’s almost impossible to do!

This is an open BLM camping area. The access is between Mike 134 and 133 on AZ hwy 95. It is about 11 miles south of Parker, AZ. You cross a cattle guard to access, then head down a dirt road. You can camp anywhere, but the better spots are after the second cattle guard. Cell service for Verizon is 3 to 4 bars. It is quiet from campers, but you can hear traffic on hwy 95. Services are close by in Parker, AZ, including dumping stations and water filling stations. There are several dumpsters around town, and a transfer station. This area is about 25 miles north of Quartzsite, AZ.

RangerWe drove by Quartzsite and decided that was not for us. It looked like a commune in the desert.
We decided to camp here and liked it enough to stay 3 nights. There was some freeway noise but not that noticeable once you get 100 yards away from the freeway.
We found a very secluded spot and did not see a sole the entire time we were here. We felt safe and secluded.
There was a big beautiful fire ring. You are not allowed to gather firewood here so pick some up before leaving town. Also fires are only allowed from October to March.
If the weather is not too cold, its a great option for winter camping.
One thing to remember about this place. There is only one store nearby and it is has the highest prices I have ever seen. They have a good selection but you will not like paying that much.

The campground was booked but the overflow doesn’t need reservations. Just drive in. The over flow is better in my opinion because it is paved and the regular campsites are not paved. 20 spots in overflow. Showers unlocked. Drinking water tap available in overflow lot as well. Well worth the $20

You GOTTA visit the annual Quartzite RV Show!!! Lots of Camping & RV stuff plus Hundreds of other vendors. We spend at least a week here in mid-late January every year. Meet old friends from around the country or make new ones. The show also includes a week of different Seminars covering a host of topics.
