GuideIf you’re looking to sleep at the lake, this spot can’t be beat. The sites are close together but everyone has enough space. Lots of large trailers in the b loop — big, flat spots. A couple of walk-in sites still available at 3 pm on a Saturday in late June!
TravelerWe rolled up in a 37’ motorhome fairly late at night. It was great to have an accurate/easy to understand camp map from the website and we had no problem getting settled. The place is big enough for a big rig but there’s not an overabundance of room for privacy. I gave it a 4 because I believe a 5 should represent a remarkable and exceptional camping experience. However, I’d give the bathrooms a 4.5. They’re nice and clean and updated. My only complaint on the bathrooms is that the timer on the lights and fan doesn’t last very long— so if you’re hunkering down for a “code 200,” taking a shower, or just need some quiet “me time,” the motion sensor lights will cut off earlier than you’d prefer. As I “sit” and write this, the lights have cut off for a 2nd time. Bummer. Maybe you could use the buddy system to avoid such an experience? Overall, we’ve enjoyed our time here at Three Bears and would definitely come back again if the wind blows us towards Kalispell in the future. Thanks for reading. TravelerWe stayed here to have quick access to Glacier National Park. The road coming down to the camping area was sketchy with deep potholes and ruts but we had a large SUV so we managed. There are plentiful sites, some with fire rings, many spots for car or van campers to park near the beautiful river. The location is breathtaking. I would stay here again! There are also MANY porta potties which were clean.

TravelerThe campsite was all we expected and even more. The staff was very friendly and curious all the time. They are very knowledgeable about Glacier National Park for hot spots to go see. The bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. The cinnamon buns are very good and made fresh every morning. The light a group campfire at 7 PM every night for great conversations about what folks saw each day. I highly recommend this place for great camping.
