Awesome place!

Very low key relaxed place. Facilities are new and clean! Staff is friendly and accommodating. Campsites are large. Full hook ups. Pool is clean and well maintained.

Decent place, long-time staple, but that may be its downfall

First day, my wife was helping our 5 year old climb onto the float like the big kids. 5 minutes later, management came over and said, "I heard you were pulling my float in." No sense of customer relations, just rude. My wife clearly cannot move a float. Even if she could, shouldn't it be chained to…

July 4th weekend

We love this campground! This was our second July 4th weekend at cupsuptic, always worth it. The campground has a lot of different site options with full facilities offered, as well as limited wilderness sites. Both our stays have been in the wilderness sites and they are perfect for the group that…

Halloween!

This visit we had our hybrid camper in one of the wooded sites. The Halloween celebration is really well done- campers decorate their sites, there is an in-costume parade, and the central, bigger rigs are set up for trick or treating. The haunted house is scary enough that I waited by the exit!…

Great spot, great hosts

Kid and pet friendly. Lots of activities for kids including a flashlight candy hunt, water slide, and s’more roast. We’ve been coming back for years and the addition of a glamping tent, cabins, and domes have made it even nicer!

  • Full hookup site

Good Location, Clean, Lots of Camping Options

I have a love– hate relationship with KOA campgrounds. They tend to be overpriced and not consistent. You will find one that has nice sites at a decent price. Then, there are the others which are complete opposite. This KOA is on my good side.  There are lots of site choices, cabins, yurts, and…

  • Nice, long pull thrus that are buddy sites.
  • Pizza oven and café.
  • Some sites are very open with lots of space.

Open Year-round

We stayed at Colonial Mast Campground 10/31/2020 to11/1/2020. The water was turned off at our site due to freezing temps. Sewer and electric were available.

There were quite a few sites with winterized campers, which I would assume are seasonal sites. They have cute park model homes for rent…
