    SUMMARY PRESENTED BYT-Mobile

RV parks near Santa, Idaho range from developed resort-style facilities to basic overnight stops. Wallace RV Park provides electric, water, and sewer hookups with both drive-in and walk-in access for larger vehicles. Just off I-90, Country Lane River Resort offers full hookup sites with 50-amp electrical service and remains open year-round for RVers. Soaring Hawk RV Resort in Plummer features 100 sites with 30/50-amp service, though fires are not permitted on the property. Blackwell Island RV Park in Coeur d'Alene operates seasonally from April through mid-October with full hookup sites that accommodate big rigs. "The park is gravel and you may need to do a little leveling, but it isn't bad at all. Had enough room to park my 44' rig and my truck right next to it."

Between May and September, reservations are strongly recommended for most area RV parks, especially those with pull-through sites for larger motorhomes. Several campgrounds offer sanitary dump stations, including Kootenai County Fairgrounds RV Park which provides full hookups along with shower facilities. Access to some parks requires navigating forest roads that may challenge wider vehicles. Based on reviews from The Dyrt, certain parks require pressure regulators for water connections, with one camper noting "pressure was so bad we just filled our fresh water tank and used the RV's pump." Pet policies vary by location, with most parks welcoming dogs but some enforcing breed restrictions or requiring leashes. Cell service remains reliable near major highways but can weaken in more remote locations.

      Liberty Lake RV Campground

Looks like a parking lot with RVs

This is a newer RV park in Liberty Lake. They have only been open 2 years. Liberty Lake is between Spokane, WA and Coeur d’Alene ID. There are about 130 spaces or so, with concrete pads and paved streets. There is grass between sites, but they are much too close to be comfortable, and there is no shade! And, the rules!!! Lots more rules than most other camping areas.’ It also appears many of the residents are semi-permanent. They have free cable snd wifi, a dog park, playground, swimming pool, laundry, and dump station. The sites are 30/50 amp, most are pull through but the outer ring is back in. They also have propane. They are on the pricy side: an outside loop 50 ft. Site is $74/night. Good Sam gets you a 10% discount. It is easy access to I-90 both East and west.

      Spokane KOA Journey

      Converted from a KOA

This campground was a KOA but has now changed to “Roam Spokane”. I don’t know what difference it makes. We arrived at 12:15 after a 5 hour drive, with lots of construction, (and a reservation) to be told check in isn’t till 1:00 pm. They eventually gave us our spot at 12:30. The site is small, barely large enough for our 30 ft. Travel trailer plus tow vehicle. 30/50 amp available. Also tent sites and cabins.t Lots of dust and dead grass. The railroad runs directly behind the campground so it’s noisy at times. The bathrooms and showers are clean, one of the 4 showers was out of service! There is a laundry, playground, pool, dog park, basketball court, and dump station. The internet is pretty good.

      Blackwell Island RV Park

      Waterfront RV campground

      9/14 to 9/17/19

      Blackwell Island RV Resort

      Coeur d'alene Idaho

Close to interstate, located next to Spokane River and lake. Boat and kayak rentals. Sites are gravel, level, both pull throughs and back ins available, FHU, no privacy between sites. Some nice water front sites. Chairs in place to enjoy the small beach. Nice volleyball and play area. Small BMX course was fun. Cute landscaping near water, small trees within the campground. Picnic tables, no wood fires allowed. No tents of any kind. Very limited store at the office. Town very close with stores and restaurants. Nice restaurant a short distance at the Marina called Cedars. Great private bathroom/with shower. Nice laundry facilities. Free cable and spotty wifi. Moose too!

      Kootenai County Fairgrounds RV Park

It's one of the nicest fairground rv parks.

It's one of the nicest fairground rv park I have been to. This place was very well kept and very friendly campground host. This place is big rig friendly. I stayed in a 45 class A motorhome with a tow vehicle. I had no problem with the access to the rv park. If you are coming off of interstate 90, don't use exit 13. The round about is way to small to handle big rig or any camper. The best route is exit 12 big rig friendly. The price is very reasonable for this area. No shade.

      Liberty Lake Regional Park

      Quiet park close to Spokane

We spent 3 weeks at Liberty Lake Regional Park while visiting our son and grandkids in Spokane. The road in is a little narrow, but once in, it’s a great little campground. Most of the sites are fairly level. We stayed at 2 different sites over 3 weeks, and both were level. They are close together! They provide a fire pit if you want one. Picnic table, water and electric. The dump station is quite a drive, back out, up the hill. There is a clean shower/bathroom building and a beach within walking distance of the campground. While we were there the campground hosts did a fantastic job of keeping everything clean and tidy. Several hiking trails, including an equestrian trail, waterfall, fishing and lots of wildlife. There were deer in the campground every day, we saw moose, owls, pilated woodpecker, and hawks. We were there over July 4th weekend and they had a fireworks display on the beach.

      Albert's Landing

Clean, Friendly, Well Maintained RV Campground on the CDA River

Albert's Landing is a clean, well managed RV campground on the shores of the North Fork of the CDA River near Cataldo, Idaho.

The campground offers 60+ sites with water & 30\50 amp service, level gravel pads, picnic tables, and fire rings. There is nearly 1000' of river frontage, a camp store, and a river float shuttle. However, the campground does not currently have a septic dump, trash facilities, or showers, Those services will be available soon though.

The North Fork of the CDA River is a popular destination for river floating, fishing, and off road recreational activities.

Down the road from the campground is the historic Snake Pit restaurant. Highly recommend stopping in for their great food, atmosphere, and colorful history.

If you're planning to visit the North Fork of the CDA River, I highly recommend Albert's Landing.

      McKay's Bend Recreation Site

So good you’ll want to stay longer

DIRECTIONS: 18 miles east of Lewiston, Idaho at mile post 18.6 on U.S. Highway 12

Flat, quiet, clean, and cheap. 15 RV sites and 3 tent sites. Full hookup, clean and large shower rooms and restrooms.

Camp hosts are great caretakers and quick to greet new guests.

Plenty of trees for shade, easy drivable path down to the river, nice local neighborhood to stroll through. BBQ stands at each site and two large community fire pits. Paved site for RV (any size), concrete pad with table. 2 bars cell signal.

Check the pics for accepted passes that drop the prices by 1/2.

At 18 dollars I was skeptical before l arrived. Getting everything for 9 dollars is unbelievable but true.
