Blue Mesa Outpost operates seasonally from May through October along the shores of Blue Mesa Reservoir in Gunnison. This established campground accommodates RVs up to 50 feet with full hookups including electric, water, and sewer connections. The facility provides restrooms, showers, and WiFi access for guests.
Drive-in access makes the campground accessible to most vehicles. Pets are welcome throughout the property, and campfires are permitted in designated areas. Several other camping options operate nearby, including Sapinero Village Campground less than a mile northeast and Lake Fork Campground under a mile west. The campground serves as a base for exploring the Curecanti National Recreation Area and surrounding high country recreation opportunities.
