Hikers and wildlife viewers heading into the Sonoran Desert have a drive-in option at Garden of Peden, a privately managed campground outside Marana in southern Arizona. Nightly rates run $13 to $20, and reservations are available through The Dyrt. Campfires are permitted, firewood is on-site, and trash service is provided. Pets are welcome. Campers wanting a different setup nearby can look at Pipeline BLM, a public land option roughly five miles south.
