Pet policies generally allow animals throughout the parks, though specific restrictions may apply. Summer temperatures frequently exceed 90°F with limited natural shade, and reservations are strongly recommended during peak season from May through September when RV travelers visit for nearby Gorge Amphitheatre concerts.

    Perfect Weekend Getaway

With gas prices out of control this was a perfect weekend getaway right off highway 17. Immaculately kept RV sites and 20 yards from teeing off. Full hookups, propane refill and a pool. Clubhouse serves food and does have full service bar during golfing hours. (9-5). One hour from tri cities and 15 minutes from Moses Lake or the potholes.

    Mardon Resort

    Convenient but Crowded

This was our first visit to an RV “resort” and it wasn’t horrible. MarDon has lots of nice amenities but boy is it crowded. If you don’t mind crowds and like the convenience of resort camping MarDon is a good choice.

(Disclaimer: I prefer boondocking and getting as far away from people as possible, so read this review with that in mind.)

MarDon Resort sits on Potholes Reservoir about 16 miles southwest of Moses Lake. The reservoir is massive and offers excellent fishing and water sports. Central Washington gets dry and hot in the summer so come prepared.

The Resort has been around since the 1970s and offers a lot of amenities: full hookup sites, tent sites, monthly rates, marina, restaurant & bar, swimming beach, mini golf, boat & golf cart rentals and more.

    We'll be back

We stayed here one night while passing through and wish we could have stayed longer. Very clean facility with lots of amenities for a great price and not far from town. We were able to secure our spot last minute which was nice. We also booked a pull through site since we recently got our pop up camper and knew we may arrive in the dark. It was well worth the extra few dollars. We plan to be back next summer and take full advantage of the campground.

    Thousand Trails Crescent Bar

    Crescent Bar

We stayed here in July 2021 the pool and hot tub are open the club house is as well. There are 30 and 50 amp sites with sewer hook ups. It is blazing hot here in summer with little to no shade. Nice walking path to the river and to the resort community near by. It is about 10 miles from Quincy Wa. There very few restaurants in town they have a couple of grocery stores and gas stations along with an Ace Hardware. It is only 24 miles to Wenatchee Wa. For a lot more options. We had good AT&T cell and good Sprint service at our site. It is very quiet and laid back. Great views of the Columbia river from back row.

    Wenatchee Confluence State Park Campground

    Super nice campground

Even though 99% of the time we boondock, we’ve stayed at this campground twice now. Once in the summer months and now in November. This last stay was FCFS. There isn’t any water hookups any longer for winter but there are many sights that have electric and dump hookups that are still operational. The camp itself is very well maintained. They are all drive through spots with a a picnic table on a concrete pad connected to a small gravel area that has a fire ring. A lot of open grassy area and the sites are definitely spaced far enough apart you don’t feel you’re on top of each other. Even in November, there’s groundskeepers maintaining the sites, leaf blowing, etc. would not hesitate to stay here again!

    Lakeshore RV Park

Use a water filter, be ready for the sprinklers

Park like setting. Pull throughs are right on top of each other. Recommend back in. They water every night, you have to pull everything in, every night. Water came out brown each morning with out a filter.
