Lost valley happens to be one of our favorite camp grounds. They are extremely family friendly, they have an indoor pool, hot tubs, and sona, an outdoor pool and hot tubs, inflatable jump pillows, concerts almost every weekend, full hookups, plenty of tent camping sites as well, two swim beaches and several lakes on the property. If that's not enough try the horse back riding, or indoor mini golf, or grab a meal or a drink at the on site restaurant and bar.
We love to camp here, we have lots of friends here, old and new. There is swimming year round with 2 indoor pools, hot tubs and sauna. Summer time swimming at 1 outdoor pool and 2 swimming beaches at the lake. You can rent paddle boats, canoes, kayaks and fishing boats. Plenty to do all year round like, play indoor mini golf, basketball, volleyball, pickleball, pool, ping pong, shuffleboard, arcade games and watch a movie. There is horseback riding, pony rides and the jump pillow are big favorites. Sit around the fire, go to the Tiki Hut for a drink, order a pizza or something to eat at the restaurant. Sometimes there is live music on the weekend.'
Huge park with tons of amenities and options. Although there is year round Camping, the host on site advised water to each individual site will be turned off end of October for winter. Potable water is available near dump stations (hmmm....). Very well kept, and vacant this time of year, affords the opportunity for a more private camping and river experience. Clean well kept shower houses. Lodge & cabin rentals also available. Boat ramp in back of campground. Campsites with blue bands and parking stops are ADA compliant with concrete pads, elevated grills plus fire ring and picnic table.
We booked a last minute trip here and had a cabin along with a RV site. The cabins were great. Campsites were nice too. There was a large pool kind of hidden in the woods. The owners were great and easy to work with. The Gasconade River is right there, but up too high while we were there.

Have been coming to Montauk for nearly 30 years. Besides the excellent trout fishing, there are hiking trails, playgrounds for kids, a lodge with well-stocked store, tours of the fishery and old mill can be arranged, a naturalist’s cabin and an number of events are held there during the camping season. Four campground loops along the Current River, plus cabins and a motel at the lodge. Reservations are recommended, especially for weekends, but a number of tent and RV sites are non-reservable. Fall is our favorite time of year and includes annual Rose Holland Trout Derby.
The cabin was disgusting 🤢 bugs crawling in the fridge, door was held together with a wire hanger. Rudest staff I've ever encountered.
This place has something for everyone, whether you're a tent, rv or cabin camper. They even have designated quiet and loud areas right on the water.
beyond yojr wildest dreams! Trails, caves. historical monuments, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, overlooks. complete with cabins and a restuarant or rough it and go primitive style
