Cahokia RV Parque, IL

We chose Cahokia RV Park because of its close proximity to St. Louis Missouri. We stayed in a gravel site with a concrete pad, fire pit, picnic table and full-hook ups. The spaces are tighter, but that was expected being closer to a city. There is a playground, pool and pond area to walk around. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the bathrooms and showers and had no major complaints. The price reflected what we got out of our stay.

Tent amping In A eautiful Park Along The Missouri River

The campground is located in a gym of a park located along the Missouri River. Reservations are required and the sites are in high demand. Tent camping only. There is water available in the park.

This Campground places you in the heart of Missouri Wine Country and there's a perfect base for visiting the wineries and restaurants along highway 94.

Good St Louis area camping

We spent a couple nights here at an electric site near the playground.  We really enjoyed the hiking and views.  The facilities were fine, consistent with IL state parks. There is a vault toilet by the playground and a shower house on the other side of the campsites.

Awesome Private Camp

We go every October for Halloween It is tight you need to reserve a premium spot for a little room Staff and owners are great lots to do for the kids. Lot of campers there that are weekend getaways for people rest the space for the year

Great state park near St Louis

Great well maintained state park right outside of St Louis. Park has an awesome trail system around the lake, and it looks like you can rent canoes/kayaks in the summer (was not open in the winter).

Small town lake

This is a small town campground off the beaten path. Great little get away spot with nearby stores.

Great for long term and regulars

A lot of these people keep their RV on their site year round which makes it easy to come and go as they please. There are some additional sites available and my children have enjoyed several nights here with their grandparents.

Oh what fun it is to——

A favorite of ours. Small but clean. Beach access. Spent many weekends here.

Nice Campground

Stayed here many times. So much fun and memories. Campground with a pool, store, bath houses. Could use some updates but very family frie.

The casino complex was closed due to COVID. Reservations are online and they email you the gate code and WiFi code. Security is proactive in patrols and are friendly and helpful. No frills but a great view of the arch. Centrally located and across the bridge from downtown.
