"River access at this campground so you can kayak about 5 hours to the public access and drive back. Extended paddling routes: Angola/Hogback Lake KOA Holiday provides excellent lake chain access. Charlie M. explains, "I have kayaked extensively in this long chain of lakes that this RV park is located on and you can go on for days."
Off-season tranquility: Fish Lake Family Resort maintains a friendly atmosphere even during shoulder seasons. "The owner was wonderful, friendly, and responsive! The site was good for an overnight stay. It seems most sites were seasonal and those folks were very friendly," reports Kim B.
Water recreation options: Jellystone Park at Barton Lake features extensive water amenities. Marc W. describes, "They have a lake, several pools, including an indoor pool for late in the season. We got rained out for most of the weekend but will be back during the summer."

A regular visitor shares, "We had our kids and grandkids with us a few times, and everyone had a blast. Always something to do, for everyone. They have a lot of movies for the kids in the evenings, and a lot of kid activities."
