This is a very nice campground with very large back in spots in the reserved area. There are restrooms but no trash dumpsters in the camping area. Very well shaded but no real view of the lake.

Stayed here in March 2020. My favorite part about this campground was that there were only 8 campsites so it was very quiet and remote. I arrived at 7pm on Friday and snagged the last site. The fire pit had a grate large enough to cook on and I didn’t need to use my extra grate that I keep in my…
This place has been on our bucket list for a few years. We didn't get to camp there, but hiked a couple of the trails. It's definitely worth the visit!
The Garden of the Gods Observation Trail was a short, easy hike with some amazing scenic views.
The wilderness has several other hikes, but we…

This site is not bad
Day use area. Gates close at sunset.
Well kept, clean sites. Friendly and helpful gate staff. Large sites.
While setting up our tents a woman came strutting down the road and in a hateful voice hollered "You've got 5 minutes to get your car out of here." Come to find out she was the camp host and apparently there was a small sign that one couldn't drop off supplies even though I am disabled. I…
Absolutely loved it here. Went camping last 4 days with 2 adults and 7kids we all had a great time. Only thing that could make it better was showers

Loved it. Visit all the time. Plenty of hiking, trails. Places with amazing views
Awesome spot. We were trying to hit garden of the gods. Drove through that campsite and it was packed on a Friday afternoon. We refilled our 7 gal water jug there in the weirdest spin crank pump ive encountered yet. It tasted a bit bleachy, but it's there. Checked out the local camp country tourist…
Seriously though.... this campground is perfect for children. Beautiful nature trails, multiple playgrounds, a lake for fishing, and a nature center. Our family comes here often for a quick and easy getaway. There are a few downsides though. Pit toilets. No electric. That’s it. I honestly don’t…
New campground with putt putt, playground, restaurant, cabins, driving range, and ice cream parlor. It was just built a few years ago and has already grown bigger and bigger. There are always RV’s there. Once the trees grow bigger, it’ll be awesome. Not too crowded. Clean. Basically a great place…

They have just redone this camp ground with new concrete pads, new bathhouse, and new electrical. It’s very peaceful. Some people may leave their camper there all season but that’s only a couple of spots. Not bad for a small campground in a small community.
I stayed Thursday-Sunday. Very peaceful and clean. Very well maintained. Even the pit toliets are nicely stocked with toliet paper. Love the tall trees and that it's down the road from Garden of the Gods trails/ observation trail. Great for tents and Hammocks.

We spent 2 nights here at the end of July, and there were only a few other parties there at that time. About a 15 minute drive to the Garden of the Gods. There was a vault toilet in a central location, very well kept up! Only $10 a night for sites with electric hook up & drinking water!!
