Great little spot right on the Cook Inlet. We came for live music and ended up parking the vehicle and camping. $10 to stay the night - I hung up a hammock and my friends put up a tent. Public bathroom less than a block away. Loved it!

Great all around, Great Lake. Good trees.
Quiet place near water, boat ramp, had toilets. Had water to fill your RV or bottles but no water or electric at campsites
A great spot for a little weekend get away!
Campground was empty, check in was nice and staff was great. They have free wifi, showers, bathrooms and full hookup. Downsides is there’s no grass it’s just gravel. And the mosquitos were the worst we witnessed in all of Alaska. We couldn’t sit outside and there were 100s in our camper by the time…
Kept up nice. Lake and hiking available.
I am looking for a campsite put tent down hangout by myself cook on the fire wood buy at the store can you ask much cost stay out here for one night.
Follow the road to the North trail head. There are a number of campsites across the bridge, on the side of the road or in the parking lot. Be ready to…

Pretty private and a great location. Tons of opportunities for outdoor activities from hiking, biking, paddling, and ATV on specific days. Lots to love. Prepare for chilly weather any time of year because of the elevation

Right off the Highway this RV park is not bad. Although I prefer my camping more rural. If you are visiting and just want to start one way out of Anchorage this could be a choice for you. With everything from cabins, to full RV hook ups, to dry RV camping, and lakeside tent spots this is a good…
This is one of the better mat su campgrounds. It does have some great day use parking and 39 campsites. On clear days the lake is beautiful. The trails are nice and well-maintained we also enjoyed the dog park. There are a number of pavilions that can be used but people with reservations to have…

Once you get up the location it’s really the activities that make everything worth your wild
The great thing about this place was the price point at which it’s going for definitely makes you want to stay twice as long
I don’t know if the eastern side cabin is better then one one the west side, but definitely do know that it’s cute af
