Flash flood hazard

Strange how the BLM would put this CG in a potential flash flood area. When I was there oct 2022, 1/3 of the sites had mud over them. The access road had a deep gully at a narrow culvert waiting to blow out. Any good, a bunch of small sites, $15/$7.50 senior. not many for larger RVs or TTs. Pit toilets, tables, fire rings. No water, no trash and no cell signal
