Pagosa Springs Riverside Campground is a super sweet spot
Located close to town off an easily acsessable road, is lakeside and riverside, offering a very peaceful vibe. The hosts were the kindest people, I was treated with "We're glad to have you, thank you for coming to stay." The amenities were plentiful with 24/7 laundry room, showers, bathrooms, hookups, dumps station and general store. Our site E was for camping, but could fit our 22' Sprinter van so to open our slider to the lake. Across the lake is a great little path with the gushing river on the other side, perfect taking the pups for a walk. They even have riverside benches to sit and enjoy the surroundings. We would visit repeatedly if in the area. Great find.

Overall a Good Campground With Amenities
We stayed only 1 night in June. The amount of hummingbirds was crazy. Well stocked next to the river and has a pond.
Great Spot
Friendly staff. Spacious spots. Clean facilities.
WiFi can suffer a bit, but cell signal is strong.
Beautiful grounds near the San Juan river and they have a small pond wish fishing.
We will be back!
Beautiful and Friendly
This campground is right on a river. The facilities are clean and nice. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
On the Pagosa River
This campground is located right on the Pagosa river. There is also a pond located on the property that you can paddleboard on with paddle boats.
The campground offers full hook-up to basic campgrounds. There are a few campsites located right on the river.
The campground also has warm showers, laundry, book exchange, and a TV. There's also a game room with old-school video games and an air hockey table.
The campground is located 2miles from downtown Pagosa Springs.
Cell service great
Awesome Campsite
Right outside of Pagosa Springs. This place is great. Awesome staff, clean and friendly. All hookups and fun surroundings. On the San Juan River. Quiet and I would def stay here again.

Pagosa Riverside RV Park
Beautiful location along the San Juan. Well maintained park close to Pagosa Springs
Great little spot
Fun little spot. Paddle boats and nice camp spots with nice shade. River access is a nice perk.
Beautiful spot. Friendly staff
Arrived late. Still had a friendly escort and walked around the beautiful park before sunset.
Pagosa Hidden Gem
Try to nab a site on the river. The beautiful San Juan River will be just a few steps outside your door. Nice walking paths, a small pond for paddle boating or fishing, clean restrooms, and 24 hr. laundry make this an above average park.
Great little spot close to town
On a small lake (pond) and right on the San Jose River. All the amenities you need. My tent set up was 1 foot from the water. Great fishing for trout and bass. Highly recommend!!

Great people
Great people running the place with everything you’d need on site.
Great for 1 night
Bathrooms and SHOWERS AND LAUNDRY were all appreciated and good. There is a river you can get in a swim , camp sites are close together , limited views but better than nothing. If you want water views get a site in the site number of 80s not 50s
Better than average campground with their own lake
Site was a bit wonky, hook ups on wrong side of camper and a long ways away. Bathrooms were clean and respectable. Staff was kind. Fellow guests were not quite so friendly. They have a lake with free paddle boats, but the fishing was a bust.
Nice location, river front sites and nice laundry facilities
We stayed here one night and they were super packed but managed to get us in. The sites are close together, but for one night it was fine. We were able to do all of our laundry and the people running the campground are super helpful and friendly.
Beautiful campground just outside of Pagosa Springs
We only stayed one night but would definitely come back. We had a nice large tent site right by the river. No trees on this site but the view and the river made up for that. Scenery was great and we had a number of great conversations with some of the other campers. Camp hosts were very friendly and the facilities were pretty nice. There were porta-potty’s half way to the wash house but they were clean and didn’t smell too bad and they saved us from having to walk another few minutes. We had some noisy neighbors but they quieted down once we asked. We paid $27 for the one night.
Charming RVPark
Appears to be an old KOA campground. Somewhat rustic, but hosts helpful and friendly. Full hook-ups and tent camping available. We had a lovely spot by the pond very enjoyable stay.
Excellent experience
We had a tent site on the river with our puppy. The staff were very helpful and the facilities including the showers were well maintained.
Family campground
We lucked on a pull through spot without reservations, very friendly office crew drove us to the spot. Full hookups & Wi-Fi. Right on the river with benches spread out to enjoy the scenery. Small little pond people were fishing not many catching. The sites are pretty close together but do come with picnic table and fire ring. Very close to town fun little place

Peaceful, Scenic Stay
This was a lovely stay. Very peaceful campers and friendly staff. Our pups enjoyed the short walk around the lake, but be wary of snakes! The store was stocked with a good amount of RV stuff and limited food options. VERY clean facilities!

Good Park. Great Location. Fantastic Service
It started with a great experience booking the site. We were making some last-minute travel plans, and the PRC folks helped us find a perfect site on short notice. We travel in a tiny teardrop trailer, and the site they picked couldn’t have been better. (More on that shortly.)
When we arrived, the staff greeted us, checked us in, and led us to our site. They showed us where all the amenities were, and left us to get set up. Our site (33) was perfect for a small to mid-size trailer, with beautiful trees, a nice fire ring, and a picnic table.
The property has a nice pond, with sites that line one side of it. But the real beauty here is that the San Juan River sits on the back of the property. We love to fish, so we stopped in a local fly shop, picked up some flies and fishing licenses, and caught a 10-inch rainbow back at the campground. (They also sell flies and fishing tackle in the campground store.)
The bathrooms and showers were nice and clean, and since we don’t have a bathroom in our trailer, we were happy to have them. They also had a nice clean laundry room with several washers and 2 large dryers.
This feels very much like a campground that’s been in the family for years. Sure, it’s not all new and shiny, but the staff (and there are quite a few of them) work hard to make PRC a great place to stay.
fun and family friendly
started our excursion stopping in here on a whim and it quickly became a favorite spot for us! the staff is fabulous and so is the camping! great access to the river, hot showers (FREE), restroom next to the shop, fire rings, potable water and multiple port-a-potty’s around the camp grounds. loved it so much stopped by on our way home! highly recommend!
Nice RV park
We got a great spot by the little lake on the property. You can rent paddle boats, swim & fish in it if you want. There is a nice walking path around it & the river that you can also park near. Mainly workkampers as staff. Very friendly. We ended up here 3 nights due to Thunderstorms. We were on motorcycles with Tent trailer. Very quiet at night & during the day other campers kids were having a blast. Near to town & activities.
