Slice of heaven

Always a family favorite. No phones (a short ten minute drive if you need it), just fishing and family fun. Large property, fun to walk, hike and the Chama river is beautiful with fishing on the property or a short walk to quality waters.

Directions

Located 15 miles from Tierra Amarilla and 30 miles from Chama. From Albuquerque: I-25 north, taking NM Hwy 84 going through Espanola. Continue onto Tierra Amarilla, turning west on NM Hwy 112 to El Vado. RV Park is just below the dam. Alternate Route: I-25 north to 550. Take 550 north through Cuba, NM. Then take Hwy 96, cutting off on Hwy 112 (just past Lindrith, NM). Hwy 112 leads to El Vado Dam. Cross dam and follow 112 to Chama River RV Park just below the dam. NOTE: last 15 miles to the dam is a dirt road. Please call ahead to check road conditions.
