First-come, first-served camping will be available March 22nd at the Elk Loop. Visitors may pay at the campground's Entrance Kiosk with cash via fee envelope or electronically with the posted Scan and Pay QR code using the Recreation.gov mobile app. Online reservations are unavailable for these campsites. Water will not be available onsite, and can purchased in the Town of Tusayan. Online reservations through Recreation.gov are now available for dates after May 14th.

Verizon does not have good signal here I get 1 bar. But they advertise that it does overall it's really good it was the only campground you could get in the park that's not in advance
Big, Quiet Campground - But DUSTY and NO WATER or DUMP
This is a pleasant, out of the way campground. There is water on site, but you are NOT ALLOWED to fill your RV from it, as water has to be trucked in. There is no dump station either. You have to travel a good 10 miles into Grand Canyon National Park to dump your load.

Ten-X Campground is located 2 miles south of Tusayan, Arizona and 47 miles north of Williams on U.S. Highway 180/State Highway 64.From Williams: Take Highway 64 north. The campground is on the right, just before the town of Tusayan.From Cameron: Take Highway 64 west to Grand Canyon National Park. Continue through the park and exit through the south entrance station. The campground is on the east side of Highway 64, 2 miles south of the town of Tusayan. Note: Entrance fees into the Grand Canyon National Park are $35 and are good for seven days.
