    Whitefish RV Park

    Great location with AWESOME rates

Stayed here as part of a 12 day vacation. Nice small rv park just behind a hotel which muffled the street noise a bit. I'd say 40% ish of the park is long term residents, but they were all friendly and stoped by to talk and talk about our rig. The couple who run it are incredibly nice. We were about 75 yards from the showers/bathroom which was nice. This was the first time for us to stay in an RV site with the roof top tent which we took advantage of with an electric heater and blanket for the nights. It was needed because it was high 30's in the mornings. The Glacier Nation Park gate was about 25 miles away. There were a ton of great restaurants and shops near by. I'd highly recommend stopping by the Army Navy Surplus store next to the rv park! I could see if your towing a fifth wheel or have a long setup this location could be a tight squeeze. Ohhhh yeah there is this town siren that goes off every night at 10p sharp...there is a reason behind this with some history, pretty cool...I'll let you look into that!!

    Mountain View RV Park

    Great spot to stay!

Great place to stay. Big grassy area in the middle of the RV park with picnic tables, great for walking dogs or just relaxing in the grass. There is also a small basketball court. Minimal bugs- just a few knats that would seek out the lights at night. Site was level and just enough space for trailer and truck(a bit crowded but worked), full sun, no shade and a picnic table. Splitter on the water spiket provided. Light road noise from hwy nearby, but not bad. Customer service was nice and accommodating.$2 wash/$2 dryer so a little high, but the laundry services were clean. Gravel back-in site, asphalt roads, great for strolling around in the evening.

We stayed for 7 days so paid for 6 and the 7th was free. They also accept Good Sam members.

The wifi was a tad slow, but for the most part worked pretty good. Hotspot on cell for video calls and Netflix though.

Close to the grocery(Super 1 Foods) and 2 miles from the rodeo grounds and Blue Moon Nite Club where they have a weekly Thursday Rodeo in the summer. It was fun! Very accessible to Whitefish, Kalispell, downtown Columbia Falls, Hungry Horse, and Glacier National Park.*The cajun restaurant in Whitefish Tupelo Grille was awesome!!

    Dunn Creek Flats Campground

Peaceful Riverside Camping (if you don't count been awoken by Bald Eagles)

We stayed here off season, we pulled our trailer through a pull through site on the edge of the river. You could walk down to the river and fish in the river, but it wasn't really a place for people or pets to play. The sites are primitive with fire rings but no power or water hookups.

The campground is pretty small, has big trash bins to avoid bears, but it didn't look like it was a problem when we were there.

There are roads on both sides of the river, one being the highway, but the river helps drown out some of the road noise. The mountains are tall on either side of the river valley and so the sun goes down a little sooner than expected, but the views from camp are nice. There is a big open area in the center of the playground for people and pets to run around.

We would definitely stay here again.

    Bull Lake

    Quiet and secluded

Less than five miles from the highway, this is a nice sized lake stocked with fish. There were a pair of white swans on the lake when I was there but no one else around. A large parking area, could accommodate a travel trailer or two in addition to a couple tent sites with fire rings. One picnic table with a fire pit and rock fire rings at the tent sites. There are two access roads, the first is more appropriate for van, truck or hike in to tent site. Not a lot of turn around room, wouldn't bring a trailer in. Second turn off goes to a much larger area, multiple sites and boat launch access to the lake.

The RV Resort at Indian Springs Montana

Nice new campground with great views and friendly staff.

The RV Resort at Indian Springs Ranch in Eureka MT is a nice new campground with full hook-ups (power, water, sewer). When I was there last year there were only 30 sites completed with 65 more nearing completion. Everything was new and nice and clean.

There are great views of the near by mountains and the park is adjacent to a wonderful 18 hole championship golf course. There is a small gift shop, miles of walking trails and an off leash dog park. The staff was very friendly.

The RV Resort at Indian Springs Montana

Best kept secret in Northern Montana

I have stayed at this new RV Resort twice and love it.  The spaces are large, the bathrooms and laundry room are clean, they have a super large dog park and the views are unmatched.  It is also next door to a beautiful golf course. They also feature a playground, volleyball, community fire pit and trails close by.  If you are traveling to northwestern Montana you won't be disappointed.

Located with Kootenai National Forest all around and GNP West entrance just an hour and a half drive, Heritage Cabin and Heritage Park Campground has been the chosen jumping off point for many explorers. There are so many destinations for the outdoors folk from swimming and paddleboarding to fishing and mountain biking. The campground consists of a single site which can accommodate a group of up to six people and an RV or Travel Trailer up to 24'. Potable water on site in addition to both 30 & 50amp receptacles. There is even an off leash yard for doggos to run.

At the Heritage Cabin guests share the grounds, kitchen, bath, living and dining areas with two rooms upstairs which each have a max occupancy of two people as well as an adjacent one room cabin that has a single bed.
