Three loops of concrete-pad sites spread across forested terrain along Grenada Lake's north side, each with its own character and its own dump station. Loop 1-36 overlooks the main lake directly, with several sites positioned close to the water and open sightlines toward the lake's surface. Loop 37-61, originally built as a tent loop, has sites spaced closer together and roads that are less accommodating for large rigs. Loop 62-88 faces a smaller pond with a swimming area and two fishing piers. Full hookups are available throughout, including 50-amp electric, water, and sewer, and the campground accepts RVs up to 70 feet with pull-through options at many sites.
Weekends draw crowds. Locals arrive with boats, using the ramp adjacent to the sites, and families fill the loops during holidays. Midweek visits open up considerably more availability. Shana D. notes that "most sites are either water front or have a water view," and the tree cover is dense enough across much of the campground to provide shade and some separation between neighbors. The bathrooms are older but have been reported as clean. Dog waste enforcement is inconsistent, which a few visitors have flagged as a drawback. Campers with pets can also browse pet-friendly camping near Grenada Lake for additional context on the broader area.
The town of Grenada sits a short drive away for resupply, and the Army Corps visitor center across the dam is worth a stop for lake orientation. Nearby options include Hugh White and Hugh White State Park - Outlet Channel, both a few miles south along the Outflow Channel. Reservations cover roughly 60 percent of sites; the remainder are first-come, and there is no staffed entrance gate, so arriving campers should have their site number ready.

Grenada Lake is on the Yalobusha and Skuna Rivers in Mississippi. The man-made lake has about 148 miles of shoreline and holds 35,820 acres of water.
