Great hidden gem!

This campground is quiet, shady and pleasant. Very well maintained, laundry is cheap, $3, and just a joy to be outside. We spent our time around the picnic table, despite 98°temps. Hiked Box Canyon and swam, visited the Fossil Bed NM, and drove to Twin Falls for more swimming, shopping, movie and skating.

Newer park

Lots of asphalt, new grass. Easy checkin. Facilities are clean and new. Views are nice. Walking path around a field.

Nice stop

Headed north, this is a good stop north of SLC. Pull thru sides are plenty long, just close together. Pool is heated, laundry is $4/load. Staff is very nice. Lots of shade available.

Very unique stay

The campground is small and eclectic. Vintage busses built into cabins, and hot spring with paid admission. Challenging to level larger rig.

Great base for adventure

We stayed for 10 days in July. The cloud cover made the heat a bit more bearable. The facilities are immaculate. The staff is super friendly. There is a nice big activity room for games or movies with friends. We visited Bryce Canyon, North Rim and Zion multiple times. Kanab has some great restaurants including Rockin V and Peekaboo Cafe.

Great overnight

Very quiet, far enough off the road to not have road noise. Pool and jacuzzi, little bit of shade. The grass is nice and well maintained. The town has a grocery and a pizza place, nothing special.

Nice place

Stopped off on our way between Belvidere, SD and Buffalo, WY. This was a nice low key spot. Three miles from the town that has groceries, diesel and good mexican food. We daytripped to Devil's Tower, less than an hour away. Owners are very nice and accommodating. Sites are gravel and grass with fire pits. Both full hookup and dry camping available. Laundry and firewood available also.

Great people

We stayed here for a week while exploring Badlands and Mt Rushmore. It was a bit of a drive, but a quiet place with great customer service. They have a cafe and deliver right to your door! The only minus was no pool and 96+ degree temps. It seems the pool repairs were too much. The campstore is well stocked and even has beer and wine.

Nice new spot

The sites have concrete pads with power, but no water or sewer. There is a fill station on the way in. You can pay $1 for a hot shower in the comfort station, which is very clean. The lake is right there, with a nice bike path that comes all the way around.

Nice stopover

This campground is a great location when passing through Sioux Falls. It is right off I29, and there a quick in and out sites up front. If you plan to stay a few days, there are nicer spots in the back with more space and shade. Nice playground, laundry facilities are clean and secure. Full hookups. Go see Porters sculpture park down I90. Worth the drive.

Nice stay

We had reserved a spot that would have been too small for our rig. Owner had already caught my mistake on check in and moved us to a better spot. Shady spots, #22 is best. Full hookups. Cheap laundry at $2.50. Nice quiet setting and the owners are very helpful. We will be back.

Nice overnight

We reserved a pull thru for an overnight stay between Memphis and Springfield, MO. This was right on the highway, but no road noise. Check in was super easy, full hook ups and easy in and out. Looks like they changed the name to Silver Springs RV park. Enjoyed the pool.

Great views!

We had a site right on the lake, with plenty of shade and full hook ups. Beautiful scenery and quiet.

Great views

We are only here for a few days during the week, but were assured that it would be packed on the weekends. Alot of locals come to use the lake, with a boat ramp right next to the campsites. The boys enjoyed swimming in the lake and riding their bikes around. The visitors center is worth a visit. 4/5 based on tons of dog poop, curbing of dogs is not enforced.
