Within Snoqualmie National Forest, Indian Creek Campground provides drive-in access to Rimrock Lake with sites accommodating RVs up to 40 feet. The US Forest Service facility operates from May 20 through September 13, charging $27 per night with reservations available through the busy summer months.
The campground features multiple lake access points and sits close enough to Highway 12 that some campers report road noise, particularly for tent sleepers. Sites offer varying degrees of privacy among the forested setting, with spots 19 and 21 noted as especially deep for RVers who prefer not to unhook. Mitchell F. found "lots of trees and space between sites" despite "a little road noise but worth the views and access to the lake."
Rimrock Lake draws visitors for swimming and fishing, though the shoreline can be muddy during certain seasons. The campground serves as a base for hiking, with Round Mountain trail just 10 minutes away via gravel roads that require higher clearance vehicles. Camp hosts provide local information and maintain vault toilets throughout the facility.
Summer reservations are strongly recommended due to high demand. The location also attracts hunters during fall seasons and provides winter access to White Pass Ski Resort for those camping in shoulder seasons.
