This park has everything. Trails,fresh water lakes and large day use areas. Although most of the spots are very close together with little to no separation from one to the next it was still pretty sweet. We had hookups(not sewer) and lots of fluffy squirrel buddies in our camp to entertain us. The beach is far!!!! Like 2 miles far. But they have really nice trails to take you there. The lake was nice not sure if any fish were in it but we tried to catch one no luck. The wind is pretty constant on the lake and definitely on the beach but the camp site was shielded from it by the trees so that was nice. One complaint is the lack of signage very hard to figure out where anything is and the map almost makes it worse lol. The sunsets are worth the effort to get to the beach for sure.

Stopped in for one night on the way back from buying our camper. The park is super clean the camp host was fantastic easy walk to the lake the beach was pretty muddy but the kids were catching frogs and tadpoles. The lake was actually pretty warm nice to swim in would be great to kayak on.

My wife was able to get a spot last minute so we added a day to our trip to head north before heading to the Oregon coast. This place is really worth the drive. The campground was very clean and most sports are private with some looking directly at the beach. There were no rv hookups but we had our generator so it was no problem. The beach is so beautiful with tons of drift wood and amazing views the tree of life will not disappoint you.

Started our camping adventures close to home. We have 2 small children and my wife was reluctant to go camping before kids so this was really a test run to see how they liked it. I’m happy to say they loved it we had the normal issues with a toddler but the park was awesome great places to swim fish and hike. Vary private sites for tents and trailers under 16’ we rented a 26’ travel trailer so our site was not very secluded at all but our neighbors were very nice.
