Cache National Forest manages this drive-in campground along St Charles Creek, where campers encounter cattle grazing on the access road and paved parking throughout the facility. The Forest Service provides drinking water, vault toilets, picnic tables, and allows campfires at sites accommodating RVs up to 32 feet. A small bridge crosses the creek at the entrance, with staircases connecting most sites to the roadway.
Reviewers note the flowing creek, rock formations, and wildflowers visible from camp, though finding the location requires following Minnetonka Cave Road rather than relying on some online directions. The $20-40 nightly fee includes reservations when available from mid-May through mid-September, but pets are not permitted. Cloverleaf Campground sits less than a mile west for campers seeking campsites near Cache National Forest with different policies.
