Cousin Vinny's Campground
Description
15 acre campground in Mingus, Texas. Mingus is a small town off the beaten path full of history and centrally located, there are several small towns, lakes and the Brazos river within a 30 minute drive. Come hang out with the llamas, go fishing in the stock pond for bass, perch and catfish (catch and release), enjoy a nice camp fire, explore Mingus on your bicycle, golf cart, or by horse. Horses welcome, plenty of back roads to ride and a city arena. The campground has city water, electricity (15 Amp), and a dump station. There are several restaurants nearby and a couple of bars, the Trio Club being the most famous. The WK Gordon Museum is 2 miles away, and several historic sites. The Mayor runs the campground and will be glad to give you a quick tour and information on local attractions. We can also make accommodations if you do not have camping equipment for an additional fee, we are fully suited to provide everything you need to tent camp.

Directions
Take the Thurber/Hwy 108 exit at the giant smoke stack from I20 and head North on Hwy 108 approximately 2 miles then turn left on Travis St. The property will be on your right at the end of the road, about 1/4 of a mile.
