Seclusion

Amazing view and secluded period Take the road all the way down until it ends comma about two miles comma and there's a cul-de-sac that would be great for a small group. Please respect the land: keep it down and pack it out!

Fantastic

Absolutely beautiful sunset at this place with black lava rocks, cute tufts of yellow grass looking like little fires in the sunset. Gourds and other fun plants. 4wd recommended.

Gorgeous & quiet

Not too tough to get to in our 30’ class c RV, just a bit bumpy. About 25 minutes from I-15. Beautiful spot, dead quiet. The first little cove spot we noticed against the rocks was perfect size for our rv and moderately easy to turn around in. There were other campers about 2 spots down that we could see but they were pretty far away. Lovely sunset!

EDIT: upon leaving this morning, we noticed that our spot was the first big one past the rock painted “3” that another reviewer had mentioned

Great location just outside Baker

Arrived in the dark but was still able to locate the dirt path. With our Subaru Forester the road was fairly easy. There are some soft spots in the sand/gravel that had me nervous, but I don't think it is deep enough to be too concerning, just be cautious. There was a mustang or sedan that was in front of us and they kept driving on. We pulled over to the first available area. There are plenty of spots along the back side of the lava field to camp. Good solitude.
Verizon gets service out there: 20 down / 15 up Mbps.

Shady lava rock spot 👌

Quiet nobody else around, a lil tricky to find if you don't plug in coordinates. Found a spot a past reviewer had a picture of, in a little cove in the lava rocks which had some nice shade for my pup. There is a 3 on the large lava rock. Suns almost down, clear skies, going to be great spot for the stars ✨

Well sheltered by lava fields - lots of options along this dirt road

We got a 25ft RV in hear albiet with some pin stripping. about 5 options along the trail nestled into the lava fields that provide some shelter from the wind. Beautiful spot. No facilities but some makeshift fire pits at most of the campsites.

2WD sedan ok as long as you stay on the trails - soft sand off trail.
