My only complaint is that they shut off the water before checkout time, leaving everyone staying there in a bit of a bind when it came to flushing their tanks. Wish this had been communicated beforehand!

GuideEnjoyed our stay. The shower and restroom areas were well maintained. Nice laundry area. Great view of Devil’s Tower. Lot sizes in some areas were narrow with little to no grass. Traffic generated dust from unpaved roads. Property borders Devil’s Tower Memorial entrance. The nightly showing of Close Encounters movie was fantastic to view with the Tower as a back drop.
LegendThey were so helpful when we had to change our reservation due to truck issues. The campground is nice, with a pool and hot showers. Each shower is unisex and accessed independently of the washroom/toilets. Very clean and hot water. All sites have a good view of devils tower and the campsite is located just outside the entrance to the monument. However, shade is limited in most sites and as it was very hot (102) when we were here we ate our meals in the camper in A/C The dog park is nice with toys and water available. If you need groceries, the closest place is 30 miles away (Sundance). My son enjoyed the pool and meeting other folks. I spent the time with a local mechanic trouble shooting issues with my tow vehicle. If in the area and have issues with your tow vehicle I highly recommend Josh at H&H
GuideIt’s a bit pricey, however that is the only negative thing about this KOA. Beautiful view of the tower and very peaceful, which is unusual for most KOA’s I’ve stayed at in the past. The folks who work at the campground are just the best !

Pool still not open. I’ve noticed several things that usually start Memorial Day weekend aren’t happening till mid June this year. At this campground and national parks as well.
GuideThis is another nice KOA. The area is easily accessible, right outside of the national monument, and mostly flat. The showers and restrooms were clean. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. We checked in late, and had an issue with our site. The KOA staff happened to be available and quickly took care of things. Most importantly, during the daylight hours, you have a beautiful view of devils tower right from the campsite.
