Good spot for a night or two

There are 3-4 spots with fire pits dispersed throughout the area. Most were really small and not well built. Flat area, and 3 sites are easy to pull through, one hike in.

We came mid March and there wasn't another overnighter. Lots of road traffic during the day, but very quiet nights.

So many deer in the area, be careful with your dogs.

Inaccessible by truck

Taking the turn opposite the trailhead, you get only about 100 yards until large rocks block the way. Likely possible in a Jeep, but we wouldn’t risk it in a truck.
