Rocky Woods Reservation operated walk-in camping sites accessible via the Noanet trail from the parking area near Chickering Pond. The Trustees managed 15 sites split between the main trail and a spur trail, with the furthest sites requiring a longer walk but offering more level ground and space. Wagons were available to transport gear from the parking area.
Sites varied significantly in size and terrain, with some featuring uneven ground, roots, and limited tent space near fire pits. Site 1 provided proximity to centralized bathrooms and the pond but remained visible to day hikers. Each site included picnic tables and most had grates with fire pits. The visitor center offered running water, dishwashing facilities, bathrooms, and showers, while a camp store sold water. Verizon provided three-bar cell coverage throughout the area.
