Overview

Naples KOA Holiday is a privately operated KOA franchise campground located on Route 114/11 in Naples, Maine, in the heart of the Lakes Region of western Maine. The property sits 1.4 miles from the Naples Causeway on Long Lake and Brandy Pond, making it a family-oriented base camp for lake-country recreation. Sites include full-hookup RV pull-thrus and back-ins (up to 85 ft), tent sites with water and electric, and Deluxe Cabins with full kitchens and bathrooms.

Facilities

RV sites offer 50/30/20-amp full hookup service with pull-thru options up to 85 feet for big-rig guests. Tent campers have dedicated water/electric grass sites plus a group tent village at the park entrance. Deluxe Cabins sleep up to 6 and include full kitchen, full bath, and linens. On-site amenities include an outdoor pool (open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend), three playgrounds, a KampK9 dog park, General Store, Camp Café, pavilion, and a recreation hall and activity center. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campground.

Recreation

The campground's Lakes Region location offers access to fishing, boating, kayaking, and paddleboarding on nearby Long Lake and Brandy Pond. The Naples Causeway is a short drive away with boat rentals, dining, and waterfront activities. The campground also hosts themed weekends, live music, and community events throughout the season.
