Very clean and restful place! Everyone was friendly and helpful if needed!
Was very peaceful relaxing experience. Lots to do eat if you like riding bikes. Beautiful place to take a couple days off or a week or so.
Oak Mountain is great for camping, hiking, biking, fishing, water sports and golf . You can even catch a concert at the amphitheater!
Cool place to stay and visit. Was there during the 1st part of the COVID happenings! The staff was nice and friendly and started following the state guidelines... Was nice to see. Thanks! Spaces were a bit close but lots of shade in the upper parts of the CG. Lower section is more open due to a…
There are few places in Alabama that RVers can camp on a pristine Lake Front. Honeycome Campground is located on Lake Guntersville; AL. A perfect secure campground for those camping alone or with your family. During season and with the uptick of camping wit COVID it’s hard to book a site but well…
We like to come here for lake time. Easy to bring and access your boat from launch and paid boat slip. Campground store is nice. Some sites are nicer than others.
Nice clean campground. Walking distance to water park. Sites are very nice, although a little close to each other.
Big campground. Great guess service. Staff friendly. Spot are very bigs and a good distance between them. Full hookup sites. Amenitied are very cleans, kids play grounds. Park for walking, biking, use your boat and kayak, boat ramp access. Access is restricted at night. We have a great time and…

Oak Mountain State Park is a fantastic destination. However the campground isn’t the best. Loop A is better than Loop B. Loop B has limited trees. Both loops have old bathroom facilities. They are clean but old. Loop B RV sites are oriented so that to sit around the fire you are basically…
This campground became one of my favorite AL camping spots!!! We stayed here for memorial day weekend and I don't believe there were any empty sites! It was packed.
The sites were close enough to see your neighbors but far enough away to not hear them! At least ours was that way.
We stayed in…

Very beautiful place to stay staff is a little rude
I've been going there since I was a kid it's not as peaceful as you used to be but it still is beautiful
Very happy at this campground. But there aren't many campers here. I think they are at the main campground. But regular RV campers are allowed at the Equestrian center. We are close to the farm/petting zoo. Also the horses are next to the campground. Very quiet and reasonably priced.

It's not a good place to camp. There's too many people there. Litterbugs people who don't care about mother nature.
We stayed at the equestrian campground at Oak Mountain. It was very nice and quiet. Once you go through the gate take your first left and keep driving. We only stayed 2 nights and didn't get to see everything they have at the park. We want to go back!
