PNW Coastal HEAVEN

Great place to camp if you can get a space

We wanted to to kayaking in the San Juans and this was definitely a great way to go for our overnight stay. Just be sure to book early. Facilities were well maintained and it was a great site.

San Juan Island Campgrounds is located in Washington

Directions

Drive US Highway 2 to just west of milepost 50. Turn north on Beckler Road (Forest Service Road 65) toward Beckler River Campground. Stay on Forest Service Road 65 for 15 miles to its junction with North Fork Skykomish (Forest Service Road 63). Continue for 2 miles heading west on Forest Service Road 63 and the campground will be on the left side of road.
