Surfside at Sandbridge RV Resort is a gated, waterfront RV ownership resort located at 3665 Sandpiper Road in Sandbridge, Virginia Beach. The property sits on Back Bay and is across the street from the Atlantic Ocean, offering both bay sunset views and easy beach access. Transient nightly and weekly bookings are available through Campspot and Carder Realty Group, which manages individual owner lots on behalf of lot owners.

Facilities

Sites offer full hookups with water, sewer, and 20/30/50-amp electric service on concrete pads. All sites are back-in (no pull-throughs); a per-lot maximum length of 37 ft for motorhomes/fifth-wheels and 34 ft for travel trailers applies. The resort has two outdoor pools, bathhouses with showers, a fitness center, laundry facilities, a clubhouse/recreation room, and a sauna and hot tub.

Recreation

On-site amenities include a boat ramp, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball area, playground, dog walk, and bicycle rentals. Back Bay provides fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding directly from waterfront lots. Sandbridge Beach is walkable across the street.
