Just what the doctor order

My experience with Taylor's Landing was just when the doctor ordered it was everything that I needed quiet great fishing all around I highly recommend it

Just what the doctor ordered!

My stay at Taylor's Landing was just what the doctor ordered. I needed a little R&R in my life and Taylor's Landing was just a place for me I highly recommend. Fishing is awesome campsites was clean and neat and the owner operator knew what they were doing to make things great and you're staying experience pleasurable

Terrible.

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been. We came here due to my partner‘s father being reported missing as he resided at this campground. The owner Roxanne Taylor, and her boyfriend Chandler threatened to bash my head in off of a tree after busting a window trying to break into his camper before we arrived to steal HIS possessions. I highly recommend that you guys stay as far away from this place as humanly possible, as she is a very unstable person and not a professional business owner at all. We did report to the police and proper steps will be taken, but I just wanna give you guys the warning so this same thing does not Happen to you. There are plenty of other campgrounds in the area and they have way more occupants and her actions as a business owner show why. I have attached a picture of the camper window that Roxanne’s boyfriend Chandler broke open.

Remote RV Campground Close to Great Fishing

To get to this campground, you have to travel a long dirt road to get to it. Along the way, I saw lots of turtles in the swampy areas. First impressions of the campground were not that great, but it was all right… for one night. The sites are close together with hardly any trees except around the perimeter. For an RV camper, there are concrete pads and pull-through sites. There are also full hookups. Since we were there during the middle of the week, I guess it seemed kind of dead, but according to their schedule, they do have a lot of activities going on. There is a boat launch, and plenty of areas for good fishing, which seems to be the main activity. However, there is a trail that leads to a beach, and there are docks for fishing. The recreation shelter has a pool table, and there are chairs for campers to get together and socialize. It seems to be a nice, family oriented campground. The campground is remote, so you don’t hear the sounds of traffic at night, and it is in a swampy area, so you get the usual sounds of nature(which I love). This campground does not have a lot of the amenities that larger campgrounds have, but it has everything you need if you like fishing and solitude.
