Round Prairie Interpretive Site

Dispersed camping along forest roads defines the experience at Round Prairie Interpretive Site, where campers set up wherever they find suitable ground within the designated area. The US Forest Service manages this drive-in site within Mark Twain National Forest, providing access without developed amenities like restrooms or water hookups.

Campers should come prepared with their own supplies and plan for primitive conditions. The forest setting offers space to spread out, though specific site conditions and road accessibility can vary with weather and seasonal maintenance schedules.

Quiet spot!

This is a dispersed campsite at the end of a gravel road and a little roundabout.Nice little spot quiet.

SiteThere really aren't any site numbers, I'd say 3 or 4 people could camp there comfortably.
