THIS CAMPGROUND IS CLOSED INDEFINITELY. A small rustic campground located along Highway 40 and West Clear Creek in a spruce-fir forest. Mizpah is a first-come, first-served campground. Reservations are not accepted. There are ten sites available; all sites are suitable for RV camping and tents. Facilities provided include restrooms and water. Each site contains a tent pad, fire grate, and picnic table. There are no electric/water/sewer site hook-ups at this campground. Firewood is for sale at the campground. Activities include fishing, scenic driving and nearby access to Jones Pass and the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail.

Nice Campground but unfortunately it's closed
Once a nice secluded campground by the creek. It's too bad but the Forest Service closed it several years ago.

Directions
From Denver take I-70 west to US 40. Travel north on US 40 for about 7.5 miles. The campground is on the left side of the highway.
