Cracker Barrel — Hot Springs

Large RVs navigate easily into this Cracker Barrel parking lot, which features newer asphalt and mostly level sites. The overnight parking area stays well-lit but not overly bright, with managers directing campers to use the side parking lot rather than spaces directly in front of the restaurant.

Traffic noise from nearby roads provides the main sound backdrop, though several reviewers note the location runs quieter than typical Cracker Barrel overnight stops. The lot rarely fills to capacity, with campers often finding themselves among just a few other rigs during weeknight stays. Cell service remains strong, and the restaurant provides convenient meal options for travelers exploring places to camp near Hot Springs as a base for Hot Springs National Park visits.

Campers appreciated the level, well-maintained parking areas and helpful staff who welcome advance calls. Most found it quieter than typical Cracker Barrel stops, despite some traffic noise.

Nice place to overnight

I couldn’t get a campground from this night. Went in and talked to a staff member who was really nice. I got permission from a manager. Besides the expected traffic noise this was a quiet place to stay and nobody bothered me. They just ask that I stay in the side parking lot.

Quiet parking lot

I was visiting Hot Springs during the Christmas holiday 2024. I ended up staying here three out of five nights - the parking lot wasn't busy and I called to make sure it was OK- Manager really appreciated my call.

Overnight Stay after visiting the park

Overnight stay after spending the day in Hot Springs National Park. Got to the lot around 9PM, and there was only one other camper (a van). Lot was lit well, but not too bright. Lot was mostly level, and newer asphalt. There is a large lot next to the Cracker Barrel that can also accommodate rigs. The overnight stay was actually very quiet, much nicer than most Cracker Barrel’s. Would recommend this location over the Cracker Barrel in Bryant, Arkansas.
