Older but peaceful

Access: very rough road on the short section of dirt. Older area First impressions: old and very minimally kept up Sites: well spaced,clean,big, I would suggest clearing some of the brush and smaller trees for a better water view Bathroom/shower: need updating but extremely clean and well…

Gorgeous

This is one of our favorite campgrounds. Beautiful lake and Spanish moss, spacious sites, plenty of privacy, and very quiet! The pictures speak for themselves. We’ve camped here in both fall and summer and always have a great experience.

Peaceful stopover - looked like mostly fishermen camping around me.

I thought I was lost I had traveled so far off the beaten path. Suddenly I see a sign! Whew! Surrounded by water this campground was not very full in November. On a tiny island there appeared to be thousands of birds roosting in the evening. In the morning it was interesting to watch them taking…
