This forested horse camp is located in the southwest end of Twisp River Area. Gives access to nearby trails Twisp River Trail #440, South Creek Trail #401 and the Lake Chelan-Sawtooth Wilderness. Loading ramp, hitch rails and feed stations are available. Campground area is intended for stock users. Maximum length of site is 30 feet. This camp is maintained by the Methow Valley Chapter of the Backcountry Horsemen of Washington. No trash receptacles provided.

In Twisp, WA, at the intersection of State Rt. 20 and Twisp Rd (Twisp River Rec Area sign), take Twisp Rd. west 18 miles to a "Y" intersection (Twisp R Horse Camp sign). Bear left onto Forest Rt. 4435 and go 0.2 miles to a "T" intersection. Turn right, staying on Rt. 4435 and go 3.8 miles to campground sign. Turn right at sign and go 0.2 miles to campground.
