The island features a small dock for boats to tie up, providing convenient access to the campsites. This island location offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by the scenic waters of Ross Lake.

Do I need reservations for Spencer Campground in Ross Lake Recreation Area?

Yes, reservations are typically required for Spencer Campground due to its limited capacity of only two campsites on the island. Contact the Ross Lake National Recreation Area office or the National Park Service reservation system to secure your spot.
