Walmart — Kennewick Supercenter

Overnight parking at this Walmart Supercenter provides a basic stopping point for RVers and van campers passing through the Tri-Cities area. The location offers standard big-box amenities including WiFi, cell service, and the adjacent camp store for supplies. However, recent reports indicate management actively discourages overnight stays, with one camper noting police involvement within an hour of arrival.

The parking lot shows signs of maintenance issues, with visible litter and apparent loitering activity that may concern some travelers. Pet owners can bring their animals, though the urban setting lacks green space for exercise. For RVers seeking more established facilities, Tri-Cities RV Park operates northwest of this location with dedicated hookups and amenities.

They chased me out of their lot by calling the police when I had not even been parked there for even an hour! There was trash all over the parking lot and what seemed to be a lot of drug deals going on.
