Description
'Possible Property' is exactly what it sounds like. Here, our family of six, has the beginnings of a freshly budding, 10+ acres homestead, surrounded by mature forest - maple, oak, birch, pine, and more - where anything is possible. We officially moved in on 01 July 2022 and already have established our rabbitry, heritage breed of chickens, and are currently working on building out an aviary for our home hatched quail. Feel free to come on down that way and take a look.
We allow wild foraging on the untouched land. Apple trees, allegheny blackberries, black & yellow raspberries, ground strawberries, and many other medicinal and wild edible plants can be found for your enjoyment and - of course - within season.
Here on 'Possible Property' we stress only a few key characteristics to life: We look for the GOODS. Good food, friends, and fun!

Directions
We are on a Right-of-Way (a legal right of passage over another person's ground [Merrium-Webster.com. 2022.) From Buffalo View Road, turn north onto the street labeled “Saddle Up Trail”. ***There are two roads with the same name within 100 meters of each other. We don't know why...*** Use the one with all the MAILBOXES posted beside Buffalo View Road. Travel to the end of the 'rocked' Saddle Up Trail and then STAY LEFT on the grass roadway which leads to our homestead. Follow the grass roadway until you reach a gateway entrance (~0.3mi) labeled, “640 SADDLE UP TRAIL - BISSONNETTE - ‘POSSIBLE PROPERTY’. You’re here! Parking is on the immediate RIGHT just past our gate entryway. Recommendations: 1. Travel slowly down the road. It's a country road, with country folk, and it'll only take about 5 minutes. 2. Park the front end of your vehicle uphill. 3. Prior to turning off the vehicle, turn your tires completely to the right/left. This will assist with vehicle direction if any vehicle components fail. 4. If no one is present to greet ya, just walk down to the concrete pad - where our tiny home is - and announce yourself. Thanks! P.S. If you see our female dog Phoebe, just say her name and she'll be ready for love.
