Loves Truck Stop

Accessible via paved roads right off Highway 95, Loves Truck Stop provides overnight parking for RVs and vans in Tonopah's commercial district. The facility features full hookup RV sites priced around $55 per night, plus informal parking areas for self-contained units on less level terrain adjacent to the main truck lot.

The 24-hour truck stop includes restrooms, showers, and a camp store with food and beverage options. Staff members assist with parking arrangements and maintain clean facilities throughout the day and night. A dump station operates for a fee, though potable water for tank fills is not available on-site. Cell service remains reliable for travelers needing connectivity during their stay.

Campers often use the truck parking area during daytime hours when it experiences less traffic than evening periods. As one reviewer noted, "the staff is super friendly, bathrooms 24hours and even showers if you like too." The location works well for travelers passing through central Nevada who need basic amenities and a secure place to rest. Van campers should expect some challenges finding level spots outside the designated RV areas, particularly on the small hill near the paid sites.

For those exploring the broader region, camping near Tonopah includes additional options within the area.

Overall clean and quiet

Spent the evening and night here.  Not many flat parking spots outside of the truck parking for vans.  Was able to get a decently flat spot on the little hill next to the paid RV parking.  Loves has a few RV spots with full hookups for about $55 a night (as of 03/2026).  They have a dump station that I believe was $10 but no potable water for fill ups.  Spent the next day working out of the truck lot as it's less busy.  I'd stay here again if I were passing through, but I would also explore more of the town to see what else is available.

Clean and friendly

We just pulled in and were greeted with a smile. The manager and his staff were quick to answer our question for where to park our van and trailer to sleep overnight.
