Great stopover

Large, flat, dirt parking lot for snowmobilers in the winter. No other signage re: overnight parking. We stayed here in August on a rainy day and it was just us (in a 26ft motorhome) and a van lifer here, and another car joined us in the night.

Very quiet and peaceful, beautiful flowers everywhere. It’s hard to find free camping in this area so we’re happy this is here. Quiet overnight but I apparently slept through some ATV race going on in the night.

Nothing in this lot other than a large pile of crushed rock and an old orange contraption that looks like a street sweeper. Lot was clean (no trash) and we parked along the end, in case a truck came by to pick up a load of gravel. Lot is huge - easy turnaround for larger rigs.

No other amenities, so let’s help keep it clean so that it continues to be available for a free night’s sleep.

Zero cell reception for Verizon or ATT.

Snowmobile Parking

It is a snow mobile parking lot. Ideal for camper vans, or car camping. Close enough to Pictured rocks. Just pulled in here for the night since we are ahead of schedule.
