Day Use Only Now

I called the forest service to see if overnight camping is allowed after seeing conflicting reviews on different apps- turns out all SnoParks are day use only now

Per the website, permit is needed November through May (as weather allows), and that 3 days of overnight camping is permitted during this time. But we were there in September and saw many campers that had spent the night. Based on how we've seen other snow parks operate, during the off season (i.e. June through October in this case), no permit is needed and camping is allowed.

There are vault toilets but no other amenities. No trash service when we were there during the off season.

The lot is big and flat and plenty of space for large rigs to navigate. We didn't see any signs prohibiting tent camping.

Area is so beautiful and peaceful and this would be a great place to pull in for the night after a day of exploring.
